One of Maddie’s favorite things about Pulse 100 has been the leadership. “It’s great to be around people that actually care about you and want to see you succeed, and fully stand behind that when they say it,” Maddie said. She mentioned how she’d had leaders and mentors in her past who would say they wanted to pour into her life but wouldn’t follow through. She appreciates the intentionality of the Pulse 100 leaders, that they're passionate about forming long-lasting relationships and encourage her to become a better leader herself.
During her time in Pulse 100, Maddie has also appreciated how she’s been pushed outside of her comfort zone. She now has the confidence to put herself in situations where she can share the Gospel with others, pointing out, “Loving Jesus isn’t about being comfortable.”
Maddie loves photography, social media, and graphic design. She also has a big heart for students. “I feel like the Lord has called me to young people, high school college-aged,” Maddie said. While she’s not exactly sure where God will lead her in the coming years, she feels confident in following His direction.
